Momcozy asked us to take their audio podcast and reimagine it as a global livestream for International Women’s Day — featuring Olympic gold medalist Sanya Richards-Ross. The twist? The host was in Austin. Sanya was in Atlanta. The brand team was in Hong Kong. And the show had to hit six platforms live — all at once.
We had one week to make it happen — and it had to hit three marks: look elevated, feel personal, and position Momcozy not just as a product brand, but as a cultural voice that speaks to modern motherhood.

We built a remote production ecosystem from the ground up. We pre-interviewed talent, aligned tone, and ran rehearsals across time zones. We installed a pro camera rig in Sanya’s home and visually matched it to a webcam setup in Austin. Every visual element — overlays, intros, callouts — was custom-designed to elevate the stream.
When it was go time, we handled multi-platform delivery, moderated audience engagement in real time, and made sure the stream felt more like a Netflix special than a podcast recording. Afterward, we delivered edited cuts, for re-broadcast, and social clips — content that continues to deliver value long after the live moment ended.
